Overview

For a period of two consecutive years, Glotra was entrusted with delivering preventive maintenance services in Kalimantan on a quarterly basis. This initiative focused on the consistent upkeep of essential IT infrastructure—specifically HP servers and Arista network switches—ensuring optimal performance and reducing the risk of unexpected failures.

Each maintenance cycle involved thorough equipment inspections, performance assessments, cleaning, firmware upgrades, and documentation of system status. By conducting this proactive maintenance every three months, the project helped the client maintain operational continuity and extend the lifespan of their critical devices.
