Batam – Preventive Maintenance Project for IT Infrastructure
Overview
For a duration of four full years, Glotra was entrusted with executing a preventive maintenance program in Batam, scheduled every three months. This long-term engagement involved the regular servicing of critical IT infrastructure, including HP and Dell servers as well as Cisco networking devices.
The goal of this project was to ensure that all IT equipment remained in optimal condition, to proactively prevent potential system failures, and to maintain the reliability and stability of the client’s technology environment. During each maintenance cycle, our technical team conducted thorough inspections, performance checks, firmware updates, and comprehensive documentation.
